This is for both practical and aesthetic reasons, to give maximum resistance to corrosion and being one of the toughest metals available, it is widely used in luxury watches to maintain its elegance even after exposure to extreme environments.
Hands and Indices are generously filled with Grade C3 , Swiss Super-LumiNova. After sufficient activation by sunlight or artificial light because of its much greater light storage capacity as compared to traditional materials, the pigments of Super-LumiNova provide stronger light intensity and gives long hours of luminescent in the dark.
