RETURN POLICY

Our QC team inspects all the watches prior to shipping and ensure that it successfully passes through all checkpoints. However as a customer for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven ( 7 ) days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.


How do I return a watch?
Send us an email at info@lejourwatches.ch with the information below:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Shipping address
  • Proof of purchase
  • Pictures of the watch and packaging
  • Valid reason for return

Any item you return must be unused and in its original condition with all labels intact. There must be no scratches or physical damage to the watch or packaging. Merchandise must be in original condition with all the manufacturers packing, tags, and warranty card.
 
Will LE JOUR Watches pay the return shipping?
Costs involved for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any returned item must be sent via a reliable and trackable postal/courier service to prevent loss, theft, or damage during transit. 

Any fees or charges paid by the recipient towards Import / Customs / VAT etc will not eligible for refunds.

If the merchandise is not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or arrange to send them back to you.
Please note that it can take 2 to 3 weeks to process a return request.
