What payment methods does LE JOUR accept?
We accept Paypal and credit card payments only.
What currency does LE JOUR accept?
Our transactions are made in U.S. dollars. Be aware that some banks may charge conversion fees.
How do I order a watch?
To place an order, choose the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
Proceed to the checkout page to fill in your personal details and submit your payment.
Confirmation of the order and anticipated shipping dates will be sent shortly after.
How do you cancel or modify an order?
Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase to make any changes to an order. We cannot modify or cancel shipped orders.
What is the shipping fee?
On purchasing the watch from our online store, the standard shipment fees is USD 60.00 Per Watch. Orders will be processed after your payment is received, it can take 2 to 3 business days to ship the watch and will take about 1 to 2 weeks to reach you.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location and postal services. Please note that the expected delivery timeframe is given only as a guideline and may be subject to change.
Are there any places LE JOUR cannot ship packages?
We do not to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses and any conflicted / unsafe territories.
Does LE JOUR pay any of the customs, duty, or tax fees?
LE JOUR Watches is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, extra local carrier charges, or any other charges issued by recipient’s local government or import services.
Any such charges are paid by the recipient. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Will LE JOUR refund any fees on packages that are uncollected?
We do not refund shipping fees or taxes for packages that are refused due to any problems with duties and taxes on the recipient’s end.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
How long does the LE JOUR warranty last?
The warranty term is two years from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults within warranty period.
What repair and replacements are not covered in the warranty?
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or accidents such as knocks, dents, crushing, or broken crystal.
- Failure or damage caused by unapproved repair or modification.
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water.
- Loss caused by theft, act of God, or a natural disaster such as earthquake, flooding, or typhoon.
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, minor scratches on the case or crystal, alteration of the color of the band, and fading of the plating.
- In case the original proof of purchase is not submitted or has been tampered with, or if the warranty card is not submitted along the watch.
- Battery replacements will be charged during the warranty term.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband, or other watch parts may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
Our QC team inspects all the watches prior to shipping and ensure that it successfully passes through all checkpoints. However as a customer for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
How do I return a watch?

- Pictures of the watch and packaging
- Valid reason for return
Any item you return must be unused and in its original condition with all labels intact. There must be no scratches or physical damage to the watch or packaging. Merchandise must be in original condition with all the manufacturers packing, tags, and warranty card.
Will LE JOUR Watches pay the return shipping?
Costs involved for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any returned item must be sent via a reliable and trackable postal/courier service to prevent loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If the merchandise is not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or arrange to send them back to you.
Please note that it can take 2 to 3 weeks to process a return request.
